FAQ
What is a rate limit?
Each plan has an isolated per-user rate limit (requests per minute). This ensures one user can never slow down the API for others.
What counts as a credit?
Each successful
/api/check or /api/bin call — but they draw from separate pools, each sized to your plan's allocation. Using up your IP-check credits doesn't touch your BIN-lookup credits. Rejected requests (bad key, invalid IP, BIN not found) are never charged.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset every 30 days on paid plans. Free tier credits persist until used.
Can I try VPN and bot detection before paying?
The Free plan does not include
is_bot or status — those are paid features. Upgrade to Pro ($30/mo) for full VPN, proxy, Tor, and bot detection. No credit card required to start.
